Two Worlds
We wake up every day and climb out of bed
Walk into the kitchen expecting to be fed.
But what we don't know is that some kids out there,
The little food they get and they're still willing to share.
We can walk out into the hall to get ourselves some water
While others walk miles, or sometimes even farther.
Take our leftovers and dump them in the trash
What another child wouldn't give for a little amount of cash.
You wanna get out cause you're tired of hangin at home
Well many wish they could find such a place where they wouldn't feel so alone
So stop asking for more
because you have so much already.
What we need to do is thank the Lord,
For we are more blessed than many.
