The Life for Me
Blaintly staring out the window,
I cannot go back to that unwanted world.
Those nice sweet memories can never be taken back.
Forever trapped in this lonely body.
Used to think, they have "cooties."
But all i was left with was my heart, crushed by a semi truck.
In a single breath, my world stopped in its tracks.
Felt like my skin was just.....dirt.
Im just out to find that better part of me,
but footprints are left on my skin, forever.
Silently screaming, shrieking in horror.
Just standing still, with not a clue in the world.
That call made me eyes fall back into my head.
Made tears fall down my face, like a bucket of water dropped on me.
Not sure whats next, not sure where to turn.
All I know is this life was made for me.
That little boy growing up, is my life.
The life for me.
