Moving On
I once looked into her eyes, so jaded
Now she tells me these words of hate.
With those words my hope has faded,
She decided my fate
Set along, like every other man.
Who was once crushed by a woman like her
For her to love him forever was their plan
Although he does not know it will not forever occur
To never be sorrowful as long as She was by his side
Always have someone to love..
To make him smile
Forever, and ever.
This was the plan, so bold.
For however long this love lasted
The easier it seems to break the mold
And once it is broken, even the strong are devastated
Looking to the side, and being cheerless without his beauty-
He was stupid to not see her coming,
Since love lasting makes a person take a dumbing.
He will Never Forget.
The words that flowed off her lips
That he returned back to her
Then placed his hands gently on her hips.
To move on just like the others
And to forget the feeling of joy in his heart
Is the hardest part
Of every love depart.
