My Gardian Angel
Her skin is like paper
And there are wrinkles in her face from many smiles
And when a smile comes
Her eyes light up like stars
And all the sadness flees the world around her
She looks frail and old,
Yet her strength seems endless
She is all I want to be
For her heart is pure
A golden flower inside her soul
She is my grandmother
And I love her dearly
She labors away
Trying to be sure
Our lives are close to perfect
She never hides from anything
She is an angel
Sent to protect me
From all the evil
That inhabits the world
I don’t know
What I would do without her
