There was a man with big hands.
So big that an infant would fit in his one hand.
His hands always had black plumbers glue on them.
This man was a plumber.
He did the pluming in a church for charity.

He was such a good man.
He was loved by many.
Especially his family.

He was a great hunter.
And the greatest fisherman of all.

I use to sit on his lap and snack.
Mandarin oranges where are favorite.
So much so they didn’t make it to a bowl.

Jeopardy was the name of his game.
We would sit back and watch the kids running through the house.

One day he did not feel so well.
The doctor gave him the bad news.
He had to fight the biggest fight of his life.
His enemy’s name was cancer.

This man was my grandpa.
