Nostalgia

Yearning for a vacation back to Neverland
With a tiny sprinkle of pixie dust,
Peter Pan is brought to life again
The giggles of lost boys elapsed
Over a feast of macaroni and cheese and chicken fingers
Blended with the sweet stench of sweat, dirt, and cookies
No parents and no rules; innocence at its most carefree stage
Helm gripped in one hand, a hook in the other,
Nostalgia watches the boys play from the Jolly Roger’s deck

Very nice description of childhood memories---good referencing Peter Pan. You appeal to the senses--sight, smell, etc.
