Make Death a Sweet Suicide

I am a superwoman; you will never find someone like me
I wonder why God gave me my parents, and I thank Him
I hear voices, whispers in my dreams
I see skies, the Universe, my Sun, my light of a daughter
I want so badly to succeed, to bring inner peace
I am not afraid of my future, however,
I pretend I pretend I am a Superwoman, but
I feel my feet being pulled down under the quicksand,
I touch around me and feel emptiness, nothing, no one
I worry I am alone, but I fake my cries
I cry alone, hoping no one will hear me
I am weak
I understand that I cannot do this alone
I say I am ok when I am really not
I dream of a city with no worries,
I try so hard to keep my baby away from this
I hope she will be proud of me one day,
I am everything to her and no one to myself.

I wrote this in my RISE meeting for leading teen mothers. I wrote this in like 10 minutes, but always with my heart.
