One day you said "Baby I'll take care of you" and one day you promised "On hell no, I'd never cheat on you" and one day you preached "Oh baby baby, I most certainly love you, forever and always" and yet you never took the time to say you're cute, and you never went out of your way to say hey, and you never ever thought once about making sacrifices, you put me in pain. Then that's when I second guessed myself if I knew what love was, and if the so called love you gave me felt like that, but when I left and got something real, I was worried because the abuse felt like home, and now Its like Im on my toes in heaven without you. I feel like I'm pretty, and I know that I'm loved. I know my respected and totally done. But I have one thing to thank you for, all the ways you made me and my heart stronger and smarter?
