Trapped

Why am I locked in this body,
I can't get out of it.
Why do I feel like I'm trapped,
as if I'm stuck in a prison cell.
I'm trapped with the negative, thoughts that tare me down.
Negative thoughts that keep
positive thoughts out.
I don't get peace,
the peace that I want gets pulled away.
It's like my thoughts are being ran over, I'm trapped with negative thoughts.
