To the baby not born,
it wasn't ment to be.
Never seen,
never known,
and still not forgotten.

Unknown was the name
of the little boy or girl.
Only alive long enough to be discovered,
not saved.
Sorry?
The loss of a brother sister or child,
is never easy to understand.

The author's comments:
This poem is about my moms miscarriage. It made my teacher cry all period!
