With emotion wide open, I’m vulnerable to pain
Sadness fills my life, love is but a dream
I strive for the best, but only hurt myself
My inner barrier breaks and it’s my sorrow that shows
Time to lock it up, try to live again
I can’t go on like this, no more releasing my inner emotion

The author's comments:
My inner emotion is the locked up portion of my life. Barely many people are able to tap into my inner feelings. Expressing them is pointless cause it will never change a thing.
Everything happens for a reason.
