Sweet Nothings
I won't tell
I got you
Sweet nothings in my ear
small fiffles
feet shuffling
small whispers I can hear
the truth is out
come out the light
secrets no longer in the dark
ashamed of myself
betrayed by him
he says we should be apart
wanting to cry
kick and scream
and throw myself away
ashamed to look
ashamed to see
ashamed to know his face
I get stuck
stuck like glue
caught up in his web
but constantly I fall
legs spread wide
lying in his bed
I won't tell
I got you
sweet nothings in my ear
no he tells
I hate you
while Im still drying up my tears
