Showing Your Alliance
When life is a lie,
And your world so bleak,
Life is a lie,
But a truth at the same time,
Things get complicated,
And there is no black and white,
People lie in wait,
Waiting for you to fail,
To gain a laugh,
People are amused,
By the pain of others,
Inflict damage for fun,
Making you want to run,
To flee from your life,
And enter your death,
But don't for that guarantees,
That the pain you flee,
Will haunt you for eternity,
So don't run,
And don't hide,
From those who wish you to abide,
By silly rules,
That sadly you must bide,
They hinder you,
And weaken you,
But despite that walking barefoot,
Is better than walking with shoes,
No shoes no service,
Is a rule that many enforce,
So despite something being better,
Many deny the truth of that statement,
So one must follow,
The idiotic laws,
That conformists,
Make and adore,
So fight but keep your head down,
To quietly rebel,
If don't want societies ridicule,
But if you don't care,
Blatantly show your thoughts,
And display what side,
You show your alliance.
