a spirit destined to live in me forever
has become a mere trace of memory;
no matter how hard i try to recognize,
realize; but
my inside now lacks that feeling that gave
me a reason to live, to love, to lead!
the spirit that healed me
the spirit that strengthened me
the spirit that unveiled the world to me
now rests in me as a figment of my imagination
thou love! hath abandoned me!
to this world of abysmal darkness; leaving
my heart; out of place and
my soul; forever misplaced.
