Falling

I am falling.
Falling apart,
Falling down,
Faliing to pieces.
I am falling.

My hopes,
My dreams,
My prayers,
My pride,
They are falling.

My every breath,
My every step,
They are falling.

I can't speak,
I can't think,
Without me falling.

I can't help it,
I can't stop it.
I'm still falling.

Will you catch me?
Will you stop this pain,
Before I shatter?
I'm still falling.

"Help!" I cry in silence,
I cannot breathe,
I cannot live,
While I'm falling.

Will someone please
Take away this
Pain,
Suffering,
And Hurt?
They cause my falling.

I stumble, I cry,
I hurt... I surrender,
Why for more pain?
I am falling.

Please,
I beg,
Will you catch me?
Take me back to the good,
The happy,
The spirited times I once knew.
I can't stand my own Falling.

Very nice! I know what you were getting at with the last sentence, but try to find a way to make those last words really strong. Nice work, I have a poem called Falling too, so I was intrigued by this. Turns out, our poems are completely different! It's so cool how differently people can interpret titles and words.
