These past few months without you have been the worst.
My heart feels like it has burst.
It’s sad that we don’t talk,
But I feel like I’m free now, as free as a hawk.
I can’t say that I don’t think about you,
But when we met, our personalities stuck together like glue.
I wonder about how you are doing,
I’d like to see the new sights you are viewing.
I know our friendship is wrecked
I’m curious about the long term affect.
I will confess though that I miss the moments we shared,
Now I’m not even sure that you cared.
As I sit here and write this mess,
I really do wish you the best.
At one time you were all I ever wanted,
But those times to me are haunted.
I hope one day we can move past this,
But as of now, you are dismissed.
