Folder
A plain yellow folder
 Sits motionless on my desk
 Boring and dull
It tires me with its uneventful look

Filled with sheets of work i must finish
The thought of it makes me long for my cozy bed
 I would rather be anywhere,
 Anywhere but in this desk
With this boring yellow enemy of mine

Wishing i were out of this place
 Long gone, seeing the world
 As an adult
 Rather than a mere child

Who no one in the world will Listen to
But for now i must accept
 Sitting in this desk
 With this boring yellow folder
 As nothing but a child
