As Simple as a Signature.
It’s a signature.
It’s the way the pencil
moves along the paper.
The way nothing has to be real
and yet it can be
if you make it.
The way your imagination
takes flight.
The way words together can create such a beautiful sentence
meaning so much more.
I write to be bold and truthful.
I write out of frustration.
I write because it lets me feel something more.
I write out of self expression.
I write because I care.
I write to stay sane.
I write to be unconventional.
I write out of love.
I write to leave something beautiful behind in a world of chaos.
I write because of beauty.
I write to soothe my soul.
I write to lose control.
I write to picture my future and forget the past.
I write to find myself written
in all the words on the page.
I write to believe
in anything and everything.
I write because I believe
writing even the most
simple
rudimentary
sentence can change things.
