Who is a grandmother?
Someone who buys you presents,
someone who makes you food,
someone who sends you birthday cards,
someone who you can't wait to see soon?
Sure, she can be those things,
but my grandmother,
my Mawmaw,
is so much more,
she is someone who loved me from the start,
someone who can always make me smile,
someone who provides a great hang out on Saturdays,
someone who can always provide a deck of cards,
and someone who I can talk to for the longest while,
she is someone who managed to survive the raising of two crazy boys,
someone who has many strange quirks that make her family love her more,
she is someone you can't stay mad at,
someone amazing in every way,
someone who refuses to even pet a cat,
yea she might just be a grandmother to you,
but to me she is someone special,
someone worth more than a title,
she is someone I can't picture my life with out,
because she has always been there,
she is someone who has the greatest opinions,
she is someone who gives so much love,
someone I would do anything for,
she is someone who deserves her family,
love,
and so much more,
She is my Mawmaw,
and I love her so much.
