One day he looks at you with those glossy eyes,
One day he'll hold your hand with those hard working hands,
One day you pray he'll feel the exact same way, That you feel about him.
But until that "one day" comes you have to be friends,
Because you'd rather wait for that "one day" than be rejected by him.
