Just when I thought you were my friend,
you went ahead and awed me.
I needed help getting out of the water,
you went ahead and drowned me.
Just when I thought you were my friend,
you stole my sanity.
I asked for a person to talk to,
all you wanted to do was party.
Just when I thought you were my friend,
you tore my heart apart.
I thought you'd help me build up strength,
instead you broke down my rampart.
