I wanted to thank you,
For the serenade,
While you washed yourself,
After work
We listened outside the door,
And giggled,
At the soprano voice,
That shook the Earth
I’m certain you knew,
We were eavesdropping there,
Behind the door,
Because you sang silly songs,
And made up words
And we laughed,
So thank you
