How it came to be
they looked across the room.
If only they knew that they’d be together soon.
They knew nothing of each other except their stolen glances
And how they’d soon share a special dance
He knew nothing of her
She knew nothing of him’
But soon they’d know everything
Their pasts and futures intertwined
And in time would soon unwind to them of who they really were and how they’re meant to be
If only they had known sooner if only they had known back them when they looked across that room
