Penny.
You may not have been a perfect mother.
You may not have graced the perfect path.
You may have lost your way.
You may have not had your best moments.
But you still loved...
You may have been
Clumsy.
Selfish.
Confused.
But you cared for your children.
However you manage to do so.
You were beautiful,
You were Hilarious.
You were small.
You were outspoken.
But most of all; you loved.
That's all I could ask for in an Aunt.
The last time I saw you,
You smiled to me at Church.
I knew you still loved us all.
You came to church...
Not only to see the child you had
Somehow managed to make you
Disown you. But to see the child
you wanted to live as a
strong,
young,
energetic,
loving,
caring,
beautiful,
women.
You saw her.
You not only wanted to see the child
who Throughout many struggles of
Personal beliefs & confidence.
Some of your own doing. But
To see the child who has
developed into a
Brilliant,
Charismatic,
Tough,
Confident,
Diligent,
Young Man.
& you saw him.
Not only did you come to Church
to see them.
But your dear youngest.
Who still represented that youthful joy,
That you still withheld deep inside your
own dramatic theatricals.
Who will, one day, become
A man of great integrity,
who will still withhold that youth.
You saw them.
Church was your excuse to see us all again.
Despite of your defiance's.
You just wanted to see us.
The ones you love.
I know you still love us.

I love you Aunt Penny. No matter what, I love you. I love you. May you grace a prominent path in the Heavens. You deserve it, no matter how you feel about that yourself.
