Tears
Tears fall to the ground
Drenching the Earth below
A flash as I hit the ground
My agony for everyone to see
The pain in my heart so evident
How I long for the cold tears to end
My tears, though a price
Are also a victory
Others gain from my pain
It helps others around me
Eases their own pain
Though I cry
I can know it's for something
If ever I wish for one thing
It would be warm tears
So that the others may feel the warmth
Of not only my heart, but my soul
The cold tears keep falling
Because no one cares for the warm ones
They only care to laugh
Never to understand
