Life's Paintings
You get up
You go to school
You come home and stare at the blank walls of your life
Everyday you sit there and wonder how everyone else keeps going
How the world turns
How life goes on
And how you can just stay in one place, never moving, never living
The walls of your life are ugly, white and bland
You can't find any color
You won't look for any
You live your life as if you expect to die
And then that day comes, when someone finds your paintbrush
abandoned and unused
They pick the paintbrush up and start painting
Painting to give your life color
They give your life meaning
Something to live for
You and your life have color now
vibrant color
You have reason to live
When you were to afraid and too scared to help yourself
Someone came along and painted your life beautiful
