Tiny Pains of the Heart

Time hurts, Wounds heal.
Not only when you keep looking back,
Back at what you did wrong
Or even at what should have or could have done.
Yes, life goes on.
But so does the hurting feeling,
When you can’t help but think of the past,
It’s not always healthy, but sometimes it just happens.
Then, you do something, something that is probably not the smartest.
Something that you know you’ll regret,
You know its going to hurt you even more.
Something that hurts so bad that you can’t help to be in pain.
Tiny pains of the heart…
