Lone wolf:
he sits alone upon a cliff
the full moon so big so round
he looks upon her with wide eyes
and sings her a sweet song
the song he sings shall be heard
for all who know him
know his song.
He sits alone all alone
with no one but the moon
she looks she listens for his song
years go by she looks she listens
but no matter the song
he still sits alone
until one day he says to her
this is the last time I sing for you
for I must go away
he sings his song one last time
he lays down and closes his old tired eyes
never to open them again.
