You didn't
break down the walls
that I'd built around my heart.
You didn't
find the key
I had kissed goodbye.
You didn't
climb the walls
into my self destructive prison.
No,
you stole
matches and gasoline.
You
burned down the walls
with a fire
I have never felt before.
You are the most
beautiful kind of arsonist
with a spark
in your touch
and a burn
in your kiss.
I can only watch
the flames flicker
as they climb higher
and pray
that rain will not come.

"If you are a dreamer come in
If you are a dreamer
A wisher, A lier
A hop-er, A pay-er
A magic bean buy-er
If you are a pretender, come
And sit by my fire
For we have some fox-golden tales to spin
come in, come in" - Shel Silverson

I like it.
