Sitting alone wondering,
When your next dollar going to be,
We got to get it together, dropping out of school,
Selling or using drugs,
Just to get passed the misery.
Pregnancy at a young age!
Whatever happened to protection?
Birth rate going up,
Riding or dying for yours,
Drama is for the birds.

The author's comments:
I was inspired to write a poem about this because it seems that this is whats going on here either in the state of Michigan or others. i want to open others heart to want to change the way we are living and our decisions we are making now!
