"If you live to be a hundred, I want to live to be a hundred minus one day; so I'll never have to live without you."

Hidden behind a mask
A masquerader, ready to dance
Waltzing with a secret stranger
Caught up in the danger

His eyes pull me in, break down my defenses
I let myself believe in his pretenses
Braced for the worst, wouldn't expect any less
Behind his false front, he's useless

Doesn't posses
A heart, he's lost it

Can't seem to find it, he's too distracted
Leaving a trail of hearts behind him

I'm searching, won't give up
I miss the crack up, not the screw up
When will it show up

His heart, he's lost it.

This one inspired me from a boy whom I have known my whole life. He has lost who he is, has gotten lost in the crowd. I miss the real him, but can't seem to coax him out.
