I’m surrounded
Everyone is crowded around me
Pushing,
Shoving,
Yelling at me to move,
Telling me to get somewhere

Do I need help?
No.

But I do.

I am alone.
I am surrounded by people but I am utterly, and completely alone.
I don’t know where I am.
