I Am Poem
I am,
The one to have a dream
 Not like M.L. King Jr.
But my own dreams that I see

 I am from,
 The huffing and puffing
 Trying to make a play
Tackling opponents in a football game
From just living for the moment of playing under the Friday night lights
 To now being a fan,
 sitting in the student section

 I am from,
Watching the debates on NFL Live,
 to watching ESPN right afterward.
From the orders of pizza being eaten while cheering for the football games
To the different tabs I flip through on the computer screen every week
 checking my Fantasy Football Leagues

 From musical and lyrical styling
 To covering songs on YouTube
From the chords that I'm strumming
 and drum beats I'm banging.
From playing the guitar when I wake up until I sleep
 From being silent
 but have my instruments speak

 I am,
From never settling down for what I have.
 To always craving for more.
From never having to stop until I drop.
To having the sky be my limit.
 My dreaming is never over.
 Until I’m finished.
