The cold dark loneliness,
has been covering the girls life,
The secret lies within herself,
Afraid to come to the surface,
The feared opinions in her mind,
Lost in a world of confusion,
The turning point in herself,
Has changed the affect of her life,
Those juvenile and sophomoric kids would make fun of her secret,
But sometimes she wishes that she could tell and be committed to her life,
The dark shadows cover her life,
Almost like protection from the embarrassment of her secret,
But the sadness of the pain bleeds through,
The wind speaks and sings the sad songs of the shadows,
But someday the secret will conquer her and win her life.
