As you begin adrenaline going
Heart rate is up and energy flowing
Back and forth the battle goes on
And if you’re winning you never feel wrong
Looking in the distance and not a smile in sight
You take a deep breath and continue to fight
There will be blood and there will tears
But mainly because of the conquered fears
Before you start, have no regrets
But fear no man and fear no threat
With partners down with watery eyes
Eyes closed, lips locked, and say your goodbyes
Stand right back up, with your head held high
With power in your body and revenge in your mind
Blows being delivered with so much pride
But then you catch one and begin to die
After a few moments your body is gone
Your close your eyes…..and say “So Long.”
