Theres a strange feeling

hidden inside my heart

emotion in my soul



I crave for love

no matter how hard

I long eagerly for love

even though it hurts

though it takes so many nights

untill the sun refuses to shine its light

that you're the one i can never let go

I re-read it and now that I see where you're going with this, I like it! The irregularity is nice and really fits the mood of the poem. Great job and keep it up! Would you be willing to check out some of my poetry? I use irregular rhythms too. :)

Loved the last line! It just sounded so right for that place. Just remember that poetry doesn't always have to rhyme! I feel that the rythm was a little off due to it.
