Bound By My Own Hand

Bound by the chains,
and swallowed by the darkness,
lost in the words,
and tortured by the heartless,
this life is not for me,
it's meant fro someone else,
I was put here by mistake,
with no shot of getting help,
I was left here to be trapped,
with no chance of getting out,
with my life as a blur,
that makes me want to shout,
just give me a reason to care,
and a slight hope of something more,
I don't have that on my own,
and it has left me sore,
so I stare into the shadows,
of a once forgotten land,
and hold on to the chains,
bound by my own hand...
