My eyes are no longer glowing
The sadness I worked so hard to hide
Is showing.
You left and my eyes died.
Their offspring won’t even fall,
No matter how much I need them to, plead with them to.
It’s weird; I feel nothing at all.
I guess
When you left
You must have taken my heart with you.

When my boyfriend died,I was so numb, I couldn't cry.
They died that day.
They dont glow anymore. No one can ever make me glow like he did. They say that as teenagers, we cannot know what true love is, because the frontal lobes of our brains are not developed. But those people who say that, they just were never blessed with someone to love so immensely at such a young age. I loved him with all my heart. I know God keeps him safe now, and someday, I will see him once more.
