Let’s go riding
Through the night and
We’ll watch the stars
Trapped within the clouds
As we wonder what
It’s all about, wondering
If everything just comes and goes
Like a song treading lightly on the wind,
Through our heads and out again
Or if it remains within the cage
of thought and wonder,
Like the roar of a trapped lion,
Held within a tight grasp
Of constriction.
