Nearly Broekn Heart

Laying here awake,
with nothing but the dark,
tear streaks down my cheeks,
and a nearly broken heart,
I am at a loss for what to do,
and how to make this work,
all I really know,
is that this girl is my world,
the thought of losing her,
is something I can not take,
and any time I've hurt her,
was my biggest mistake,
I just want her back,
to be able to call her mine,
and I don't know what I'm after,
I just need a sign,
but for now it's just the heart break,
as I lay here in the dark,
listening to the rhythm,
of my nearly broken heart...

beautifully put. This was heartwarming and perfectly understandable. lol, i feel like my bf feels like this too, so I guess I now i have a view of how he feels like when we fight. LOVE THE PIECE
