Speechless
She says nothing.
He says nothing.
Nothing at all
Nothing at all
But her eyes,
But his eyes,
Those wise, lily-pad gems,
Those vast, soul-deep skies,
Shout, long,
Reach, yearn,
Reaching out to me
Extending out to me
And I lean, forever, towards.
And I fall, forever, back.
From the depths of my mind’s heart-
From down in the core of my very being-
I reach, yearn,
I extend, long,
And far down in the marrows of my bone,
And far in the depths of my soul’s heart,
She does, too.
He does, too.
And by saying nothing at all,
And by saying nothing at all,
She says everything.
He says everything.

I love this poem. It just makes me think just by saying nothing at all you could say everything. WHO KNEW. Great job! Keep writing!
