California's sweet kiss on my skin.
A place of freedom and happiness,
adventure buried within.
As i I'd caught a ride on a passing star,
I rode it into the land I've dreamed of afar.
And there I stay, throughout the misery of this long day.
Wasting away my time,
in California.
