Suffering of the Heart

Why can't we go back to what we used to be..before it all began..before it all happend..and before it all ended..why do I suffer the remembrance of what used to be..of what will never happen again..seems like no one else could remember the days that had made us all happy..why do we block out the moments that has brought us so much joy?..only I can remember the good times..and the heartbreaks that followed
