Crisis of the Mind

Roses are red
violets are blue,
I will always hate you,
you plague on my house,
you dead, shuffling corpse,
somehow clinging to the faint belief that you can create some meaning in your life,


Roses are red,
violets are blue,
I will always love you.
You spark, shining bright yet constant,
a warmth in my soul,
protective and understanding,
life and depth and fervor,


The differences

are... confusing, bemusing

The similarities

are... shocking, apparent

Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
I'm not quite sure how I feel about you.
