My arms feel empty.
My fingers cold.
My eyes are searching.
My lips awaite your touch.
Once you filled me so completely,
Yet now i feel this deep hollow hole.
You looked at me so fondly,
Your eyes with which once burned clear to my soul.
Your fingers that would search out mine steadily,
Now stay lay still.
The arms that would circle me so readily,
Now show a space i used to fill.
The lips that couldn't wait to cover mine,
Now form a thin stiff line so very far away.
