Land of Smiles
The clouds.
They wrap themselves around the rolling hills,
 Alluding to endless incline.
 The rice fields span,
For miles, and miles, and miles.
So far, that the people hard at work turn to dots,
 Then speckles, and eventually,
  To nothingness.
Or rather blend in with the complete design of things.
 Inexplicable really,
 The feelings it stirs.
 Purely sensations?
 It awakens the life within-
Vast and filled with many wonders,
Enticing those who set foot on this body.
 This land.
 Seemingly it is perfection.
 But a look closer and flaws present;
Puzzles waiting to be pieced together
 Riddles waiting to be solved
But despite it all, there is harmony,
 And tranquility captures my soul.
