Tainted Dream

Here I've found a tainted Dream
It oozes with despair and panic as if it were a trend
They have forgotten what it's like to feel compassion
To understand
The Dream turned into a nightmare quicker than a star's life fades
They were running
And they were screaming
Dying to turn to the very next page
But the book that lay before them now
Is empty and the bindings are all worn
It's too late to undo the things that have been done
Just as one cannot undo the setting of the sun.
