I want it to pour down rain
so you can get a glimpse of my pain
I want the lightning to strike
so you can see my only light in life
I want the thunder to boom
so you can hear my heart call you
I want the flowers to wilt
so you can see how I think death's sometimes pretty
I want the sky to darken
so you can see my world
I want the grass to die
so you can see how fast the pain spreads
I want you to love me
so I can for one honest moment be happy
I want to let you in
so you can fix this world I call my own.
