illusive identities
I was standing in the middle of nowhere
but there were people everywhere
they had swords
but i had only my words
I saw a familiar face
so i ran to him at a quick pace
he was a friend whom i met in ninth grade
but he had his hands on his blade
I said "Hi" thrusting my hand forward
but he replied by plunging his sword forward
i dodged and punched him but he didnt even budge
he laughed viciously and i knew i had to take my grudge
The ground suddenly disappeared
so i closed my eyes as i fell into the darkness
i heard voices so i opened my eyes and was greeted with brightness
