Rare Waters
A hill is like the world.
The drops of water are the people.
After a rainfall,
most of the water tends to flow
downstream, fast.
The pressure.
The intensity.
When the sun has come up,
you look around to see if
there are drops left.
There are very few
drops that have been left over.
Strong.
Determined.
Survivors.
There aren't many
drops like them.
They stay, they’re not going to let
a rainfall wash them away
for good.
